Refund policy

When you make a purchase through our website or via telephone, you agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policies outlined below:

a) No longer need the service
You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed. Once your order is in "Processing," cancellations will not be accepted.

b) Product dissatisfaction
The customer has a maximum of 48 hours to report any dissatisfaction with the product after purchase. After this time, Fiorence concludes its warranty policy on the product, as it deals with perishable goods.
